Innercredits is about inspiring people and these people are inspiring – seriously. Asking nothing in return they give their time, energy, love and expertise to make Innercredits what it is…INSPIRING.
Nic Edmonds
Nic is young enough to still believe in the wonder of the world, and that somewhere inside most of us we have a drive to do good. He is also old enough to know that a misdirected willingness to do good can sometimes do harm. He is at that unfortunate age where he thinks using words like ‘awesome’ and ‘cool’ still make him ‘hip’.
He still has the company which you can find out more about here, and is also a director in a company that deals in software development, and a partner in a long term project called Te Waharoa. He likes to do stuff.
The personal synopsis bit...
Deddy ‘Smash’ Husni
Deddy lives in Jakarta with his family including his wife and daughter (Zaq and Gwen). Though he doesn’t like to admit it he is actually one of the nicest people you will ever meet (if you meet him that is). He manages a whole lot of businesses and likes to compete with Nic for who can work the most hours in a week and he does it all with a smile. After studying at University in Auckland he became a strong supporter of the ‘right’ way to look after the environment and constantly struggles with the realities of this in Indonesia. Passionate and a firm believer in the potential of his country Indonesia, Deddy provides on the ground support, logistics and smiles for Innercredits in Indonesia.
Donna ‘Mumma Dons’ Haynes
Donna will never write anything about herself for you on the website but she should because she is not nicknamed Mumma Dons for nothing.
Donna provides all the ‘mother’ duties of Innercredits, coordinating, organising and making sure the right forms get to the right people. Humble and preferring to stay behind the scenes, she is also a awesome web developer by trade and so by default responsible for the web site and all things internet. Without her you wouldn’t be reading this.
Herman Nanang
Herman works for the Kantor Dinas Perhubungan dan Pariwisata at Kabupaten Lombok Utara. He also coordinates a number of social and environmental development projects and is an expert in Neem Trees. Herman provides government support, advice and logistics for projects and delivery while Innercredits is in Indonesia.
James Cockburn
James is an expat residing on the island of Lombok and a selfless giver of time and energy for Innercredits. He really believes in the beauty of Indonesia and strives hard to educate people on how to see for it. For personally supporting traders through micro-financing to big dreams about waste management, James is the humble giving doer that makes stuff happen on the ground. If a project needs some emergency materials then James will find them. He is also a producer in the screen production industry by trade.
Lacey Beadle
Lacey is a committed Inspirer from the 2011 Innercredits Odyssey and now firmly behind the Backyardcredits programme. A climber, adventurer and inspirer Lacey provides energy, excitement and some crazy insights whenever she is hanging around the inspiration room.
Sophie Moore
Sophie is the 2011 Innercredits Innertern. She is awesome and is currently working with Lacey on a number of exciting initatives to inspire her peers about the world. You can find out more about what she is up to on the Backyardcredits page.
